Using Scrin.io reports, you can keep track of the activity, number of worked hours, notes and tasks of the entire team or of individual employees. Employees can also see their own reports.
How to see reports
To see the reports, go to the ‘Reports’ page on your dashboard.
You can use different criteria: by date, by each employee or a user group, by projects and even through specific notes. You can also export the reports in Excel and PDF.
Grouping reports, you can see graphs and charts:
Saving and sharing reports
Saving replies allows you to run the same report criteria at your preferred time: daily, weekly or monthly.
Click the ‘Save report’ option and select the details of the report. Schedule the dates of the report and if you want to share the report.
You’ll be able to see your saved reports through the ‘Saved reports’ options on the dropdown menu:
Detailed reports
Through the ‘Detailed’ option, you’ll have a similar interface to the ‘Summary’ reports, but with more detailed information on the user’s performance:
You’re also able to browse through specific employees or user groups, grouping, saving, sharing and exporting the detailed reports.
Apps and URLs report
If you use the App & URL tracking in Scrin.io, there is a separate tab on the Reports page especially for that, named ‘Apps & URLs’. This tab summarizes what was used the most for the currently selected employees:
App and URL tracking is turned on by default and can be disabled by the account owner through the Settings page:
Alternatively, managers can set individual settings for each employee by selecting the option next to their names. If enabled, the individual setting will be used instead of the team setting.
User groups
If you have a significant amount of employees in your company, that work in different sectors, such as design, programming and marketing, you can group them separately using Scrin.io’s User Groups feature.
You can create a group on the Team page:
You can run reports for a Group instead of selecting each person individually:
