Scrin.io plans
Scrin.io has three different plans:
Free: Limited to 2 employees and 3 screenshots per hour. Screenshots are kept for 2 weeks;
Standard: 6 screenshots per hour. Screenshots are kept for 6 months. No user limit;
Professional: Up to 30 screenshots per hour. Screenshots are kept for 1 year. No user limit.

How are the monthly payments calculated?
The payments are automatically calculated at the end of the billing period based on the number of employees on your team, disregarding whether they were active.
Payments are prorated if employees don’t record their time for the entire billing period.
For how many users you will pay
You’re charged for all team members except archived ones. Account owners aren’t charged unless tracking their own time. For example, if you have 5 employees (1 archived) and yourself, you’ll be charged for 4 people if you don’t track your own time. Note: paused employees are also charged.
Separate plans for different team members
It’s not possible to have separate plans for different team members. The plan you choose will be used for everyone on your team.
Payment options
Scrin.io accepts major credit cards, charging monthly at the end of each billing period. You can also pay via PayPal, wire transfer, check, or Chase QuickPay—once received, the payment is credited to your account. When billed, the balance is drawn from this credit instead of a card. To pay with PayPal, click “Pay” in the email or on the My Account page.
Volume discounts
We offer the following volume discounts:
11-20 employees: 10% off
21-50 employees: 15% off
51-100 employees: 20% off
101+ employees: contact us
The discounts are NOT applied automatically. Contact us to have the discounts applied to your account once the number of your employees is more than 10.
Credit Card information security
We only store your credit card information on our servers for monthly charges. We take every possible measure to secure this data and exceed PCI DSS standards. In particular:
All credit card information transmission and storage are encrypted;
Our websites are developed and tested to withstand hacking attempts;
The access to this data is restricted on a need-to-know basis;
The information is permanently deleted on the user's request.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel at any time – we do not have a contract. The only amount due will be for the services already received.
Refund policy
Scrin.io offers a 30-day trial of the Professional version so customers can evaluate the service. After the trial, your card is charged at the end of the billing period, giving you at least two months free before the first charge. Additionally, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are PayPal payments not automated?
We cannot automatically deduct money from your PayPal account because the amount you are charged can change from month to month, and PayPal does not allow such charges.
