If an employee forgets to hit the start button, they can add the missed time manually using Scrin.io’s Offline Time feature.

Go to the bottom of the Timeline page - "+ Add offline time":

The user just needs to enter the starting and finishing hours, but it’s also possible to add notes and the project they worked on:

The offline time will be displayed on the timeline as red time stamps and also will have the “Offline” next to them on the tasks list:

Go to Settings - ‘Allow adding Offline Time’ and choose to allow or disallow:

Alternatively, managers can set individual settings for each employee by selecting the option next to their names. If enabled, the individual setting will be used instead of the team setting:

The offline time is not synchronized to the downloaded app and can only be seen on the website. So, the time you see in the app may be outdated compared to the actual time your manager would see.
